SHE’S lost all her holiday weight.
Amy Childs has been training hard for this year’s London marathon with the help of boyfriend, David Peters.
The former TOWIE star revealed that after putting on weight during her Dubai holiday earlier this year, she’s been eating sensibly and working out regularly.
Speaking exclusively to new! magazine about her diet, Amy explained: “I’ve been eating lots of chicken, salads and vegetables.
“Soulmate Food sent me a three-day juice diet, which was great, but I ate salad with it too as I didn’t want to lost more weight.”
The 22-year-old reality star has also been exercising in preparation for the big race in April.
“I do five hours on a Sunday with Dave – power walking, jogging and running – and then I go to the gym for an hour on a Tuesday and Thursday, where I do spinning, cardio and weights.”

But with all the training, Amy wants to make sure she keeps her curvy figure.
She explained: “Dave prefers me with curves. But it’s all part of training for the marathon and, once I stop, the curves will come back!”
